Hunza G Return Policy?
Hunza G offers a 45-day return policy for items bought directly from their website. Items can be returned free of charge under certain conditions. It's important that all labels and hygiene tags are still in place. A refund can only be processed if the swimwear is returned in the same condition as it was sent out.
Please note, initial shipping costs are not refunded and Hunza G does not accept liability for goods returned using any method other than their own return service. They currently do not offer exchanges.
For some customers living in remote locations who don't have access to their return carrier accounts, a pre-paid return may not be available. In this case, the shipment needs to be returned using an alternative method.
The returns policy is 45 days from the date you receive the order. Items from multiple orders cannot be returned in the same package, they must be sent back individually. Only the items selected for return must be sent back.
Once your return has reached them, please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed. You will be emailed once refunded.
They do not accept Returns for the following: Gift Cards, Items sold at a pop-up event, Any items with their tags removed, Any items that have been visibly worn.
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Hunza G and a refund processed, less the original shipping fee.
